The acceptance criteria of metal stamping parts are to make the products have evidence and accurate judgment in the process of stamping production inspection, to improve the inspection quality and efficiency, and to ensure that the company’s products meet the customer’s needs.
I. Material and size
1. The material and thickness of the hardware stamping parts should meet the customer’s requirements.
2. The external dimensions of the hardware stamping parts should conform to the size of the drawing.
3. The position, diameter, and depth of the punching hole and the lead depth of the hardware stamping parts should be consistent with the drawing.
4. The angle of the folded edge of the hardware stamping parts should be consistent with the drawing.
5. The gap between the pressed edge and the surface of the hardware stamping part is less than or equal to 0.2mm.
II. Types of defects
1. Scratch: Improper protection during processing or packaging and transportation leads to shallow grooves in the form of strips on the surface of the product.
2. Deformation: improper adjustment of processing equipment or material due to internal stress caused by the product plane deformation
3. Phi: cutting or stamping resulting in residual uneven edges
4. Bump marks: abnormal bump or depression on the surface of hardware stamping parts
5. Scrap: metal fragments stuck on the edge or inside of the processed parts due to unprocessed stamping or cutting
6. Uneven punching and cutting: Improper positioning or equipment fixing during processing, resulting in uneven cutting of product edges
7. Oxidation: the chemical reaction between the material and oxygen in the air
8. Stain: caused by the adhesion of unknown oil or dirt during processing
